TERMS OF SERVICE

Sending a commission inquiry means you have read and agreed to the following

• All prices listed are in USD and must be payed through PayPal. Please do not send me payment directly, I will send you an invoice.

• Full payment must be made before I start. For more complex commissions 1/2 of the payment can be paid first and the rest on completion. I will also consider payment plans.

• You will need to provide an Orthographic reference for your character (example) (example). It can be a simple sketch and only needs to include a front and side view. If you don't have that I can make you one for an extra $10.

• I will provide progress updates on request and make edits if they are a fault on my part. Please make sure to provide clear and up to date reference material to avoid unnecessary changes.

• You may re-use your commissioned model in anyway you like provided that you do not claim it as your own, if sharing it publicly I would appreciate being credited.

• You are free to modify or have someone else modify your commissioned model but please make note of this if sharing it.

• Finished works will be viewable on my social media but model files are only available for download by the commissioner, If you would like a commission to be private please let me know beforehand.

• I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason but I will provide justification.

• I will provide a full refund if the model has not been started yet, otherwise I'll provide a partial refund based on work completed.
